Introduction
Founded in 1957 in Hai Phong, Halong Canned Food Stock Corporation (Halong Canfoco) was the pioneer of the food processing industry of Vietnam. Today we are a public listing company that employs more than 1000 people and operates eight modern canning and food processing plants and four branches across Vietnam.
Products
We offer a widest variety of food items ranging from canned fish, meat, vegetable and fruit, retort sausages to frozen products like Vietnamese spring rolls or sausages. We are also one of Vietnam’s first producers of some other specialties like fish liver oil capsule, gelatin, or agar-agar. Our products/brands have won most prestigious awards in Vietnam such as “Vietnam High Quality Product”, “Vietnam’s Best Food”, and recently, the “Gold Star Vietnam”.
Canned tuna, one of our core products, have found its way to Europe (under EU Codes DH40 and DH203), Middle East and Asia for many years.
